Ladies looking for realationship advice? Whitney Casey has written a new book to help women keep their men called "The Man Plan: Drive Men Wild... Not Away" has hit the shelves today. The book is based on her theories gathered from her interviews with over 250 men and on her own past relationships

Whitney Casey is a journalist turned relationship expert. She has worked for CNN, KHOU as co host on the show "Great Day Houston". She also works as a relationship expert for Match.com. She may very well be best known for her marriage to ex NFL star Jason Sehorn.

On Tuesday to promote her new book she began her tour of the interview circuit with an appearance on the Howard Stern Show. The conversation quickly turned into confessional about her past relaitonships, including her marriage to Jason Sehorn and her past relationship with TV chef Rocco Dispirito. She went into graphic detail about Dispirito but was very complimentary about his assets.
